2. Work out. Duh! Look good and feel good is actually true. Plus it's better to look naked for the ooh la la times.

3. Find new social circles. When you make a habit to meet new people, you will expand your social circle, be invited out more, and have fun in the process. Knowing that you're social and wanted by others to hang out is a natural confidence booster.



4. READ MORE. Invest in yourself by reading and you will be amazed how quickly you will surpass our friends. Your thinking, views, and ideas will be on steroids, while everyone else's will be stagnant. You can't help but be a cocky SOB after reading a shit ton of books.

5. Last but not least: Affirmations. I know, I know, they are corny as hell. Well they work like hell too. If you're like most guys, you have a negative mindset.
