Seriously, I do.
I see Dead Men. Or maybe Living Dead Men.
I'm not crazy, although I have been accused of that.
But the Living Dead Men I see are all around us.
You just have to re-focus your vision.
It's the men that have no goals, no ambitions in life.
The guys that like to pop open a beer on the weekend (or every evening).
They guys reminiscing on the good ol' days of high school.
These men are dead inside, because they aren't growing.
They aren't challenging themselves.
They are stagnant. And if you're stagnant with life.
Well, you ain't no different than a dead man-besides the beating heart in you.
Life is meant to try, fail, overcome, succeed. On a constant basis.
You cannot wait for life to come and grab you.
No, you have to grab it by the horns.
It might not always go your way, but what you get out of every experience will be priceless.
Now, what I find is that a lot of guys don't have the confidence to actually try anything.
They figure, that if they are not good immediately, they quit.
THAT'S WRONG!
Life is about learning and growing. But most important of all. It's about realizing that you have the
capabilities to succeed.
I'll say that again.
It's about realizing that you have the capabilities to succeed.
Build that self-confidence, then everything is going to look like a challenge for you.
And doesn't that life sound more fun.
